Imagine, Laugh, Perform: Your Child's Stage Awaits This Summer!
Embark on a journey of fun, creativity, and laughter at UCF's Improv Summer Program! Specially crafted for tweens and teens aged 9 and up, our program is the perfect playground to unlock your child's potential through the vibrant art of improvisation. July 8th through the 12th As a grand finale, we culminate the program experience with an awesome improv exhibition show, where participants showcase all they've learned in a dazzling performance for friends and family. Join us for a week that promises skill development, and a celebration of newfound confidence and talent on stage!
All Levels of Experience
Whether your child is a beginner or a seasoned expert our program welcomes all levels of experience. Here, they will hone the fundamental improv technique of "Yes, And," which cultivates an atmosphere of trust and teamwork. Through a variety of engaging and interactive activities, participants will not only have a great time but also enhance essential real-world skills. Participation in improv enables young individuals to develop key abilities including communication, creativity, confidence, teamwork, emotional intelligence, resilience, and self-expression. These skills contribute significantly to their personal growth and prepare them for a variety of life's challenges.
Experienced Improv Instructors
At UCF's Improv Summer Program, we prioritize the safety and well-being of all participants, providing a secure and nurturing environment where they can thrive. Our team of skilled instructors, each having undergone background checks and first aid training, ensures that your child is in safe hands. Under their expert guidance, participants will sharpen their quick thinking, enhance their communication skills, and, above all, have an unforgettable place to explore their creativity and make new friends all on stage.

When: Monday, July 8th - Friday 12th, 2024 - 8:30 am - 12 pm.
Cost: $180.00 before June 15th. Registration after June 15th are $200.00
With a cap of 50 participants, early sign-up is encouraged to ensure your place!
